UML’s Rajendra Rawal appointed CM of Sudurpaschim Province



DHANGADHI: CPN-UML’s Rajendra Singh Rawal has been appointed as the Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province.

Province chief Devraj Joshi appointed Rawal as the Chief Minister.

Rawal has garnered the support of 29 province assembly members from the ruling coalition. The province assembly here has 53 members.

In Sudurpaschim Province, UML has 10 members, Maoist Center 11, Nagarik Unmukti Party 7, and Rastriya Prajatantra Party  1 member.

The UML is the third largest party in the Sudurpaschim Province.
