SUDURPASCHIM: Voting is taking place to select the CPN-UML Sudurpaschim Province Committee today.
According to the election schedule announced by the Election Committee on Monday evening, the time for submitting nominations has been set from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Tuesday.
After the registration of nominations, a preliminary list of candidates will be published at 11:30 AM.
The election committee has designated a period for filing complaints against the candidates during this time.
The committee has allocated a timeframe from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM for the withdrawal of nominations.
As per the election schedule, the final list of candidates will be published on Tuesday at 2:30 PM.
The UML Sudurpaschim Election Committee has confirmed that the final list will be released at 2:30 PM, and voting will commence at 5 PM.
Three candidates—Krishna Bahadur Jaisee, Bachan Bahadur Singh, and Kamal Timilsina—have vied for the UML’s Sudurpaschim chairmanship.
