KATHMANDU: Wang Junzheng, the Secretary of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China, paid a visit to Nepal and held discussions with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Wang’s five-day visit to Nepal commenced on Wednesday, and on Thursday morning, he met with Prime Minister Dahal at his official residence in Baluwatar.
The Prime Minister’s Secretariat reported that the two leaders discussed bilateral relations, cooperation, and shared interests.
It is worth noting that discussions on the progress of agreements pertaining to the Tibet region were held during Prime Minister Dahal’s previous visit to China.
In addition to his meeting with Prime Minister Dahal, Wang also met with Vice President Ramayasahaya Prasad Yadav upon his arrival in Nepal on Wednesday.
