DAMAK: A person died in a road accident at Kamal rural municipality in Jhapa district today.
The deceased has been identified as Birendra Sahani, 30, of Kamal rural municipality-3, according to the Assistant Sub-Inspector at the District Traffic Police Office, Jhapa, Yam Khadka.
The accident took place when a motorcycle (Me 11 Pa 9203) heading north from south and another motorcycle (Me 2 Pa 5923) coming from opposite direction collided with each other. Sahani was riding the motorcycle (Me 2 Pa 5923).
Further investigation into the incident was underway, he added.
