Nepal sans new coronavirus case in past 24 hours, active cases 11



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded no new case of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Friday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 1,038 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

Out of them, 85 samples were tested through RT-PCR method and 955 through Antigen method.

Currently, there are 11 active cases in the country as three infected patient recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,031to date.
