Over 500 benefit from health camp in Kavrepalanchok



KAVREPALANCHOWK: A health camp has concluded at Mangaltar of Roshi Rural Municipality-9 in Kavrepalanchok district.

Over 500 people benefited from the camp organized jointly by the Microbiology Central Department, Tribhuvan University, and Mangal Janabijaya Secondary School, said the camp coordinator Nabaraj Adhikari.

Health services relating to gynecology, laboratory, ENT, orthopedic, and general medicine, and free medicines were provided during the camp, he said.

Dr Komal Raj Rijal, chief of the Central Department, Prem Paudel, Dr Surendra Basnet, gynecologist Dr Kabita Adhikari, orthopedic expert Dr Nabaraj Basnet, ENT specialists Dr Kriti Adhikari and Dr Prabesh Ghimire, and dermatologist Dr Sahajyoti Shah joined the camp.
