Bibeksheel Sajha Party holding National Convention from Friday



KATHMANDU: The Bibeksheel Sajha Party is holding its first general convention on Friday.

The inaugural program of the convention will be held at the Nepal Academy (Pragya Pratisthan), Kamaladi, tomorrow morning.

Leaders of other political parties have also been invited to the inaugural program.

The Party has invited Nepal Samajwadi Party Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai; Nepali Congress General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma; Maoist Center Vice Chairman Pampha Bhusal; Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane; Unified Socialist Party leader Ghanshyam Bhusal; Janamat Party Chairman CK Raut, among others for the inaugural session.

However, the party has not invited former convener Rabindra Mishra, who is currently the Senior Vice Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party.

Party leader Prakash Chandra Pariyar said that all preparations for the convention have been completed.

According to him, the convention will elect new leadership to the party and give clarity in terms of policy.
