Nepal drawn into challenging U-19 Asia Cup group with India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan

KATHMANDU: In the upcoming U-19 Asia Cup Cricket, Nepal finds itself in a group alongside cricket powerhouses India and Pakistan, as well as Afghanistan.

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has released the match schedule, with Nepal set to play its opening match against Pakistan on December 8.

Nepal’s second match will be against Afghanistan on December 10, followed by a face-off against India on December 12.

The other group comprises Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Japan, and UAE, the host nation.

The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-finals, leading to the final match slated for December 17.

Following the Asia Cup, Nepal will also participate in the U-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka, scheduled for a month later.
