KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister NP Saud is set to address the House of Representatives regarding the recent attacks carried out by Hamas militants on Israel.

According to Foreign Ministry sources, Minister Saud will provide a comprehensive update on the situation concerning Nepali citizens affected by the attacks during the House of Representatives meeting scheduled for 1 pm today.

The Palestinian Sunni-Islamic fundamentalist organization, Hamas, launched a series of rocket attacks targeting central and southern Israel this past Saturday.

Preliminary reports indicate that nine Nepali individuals sustained injuries in the attacks. The government has confirmed that the condition of two out of the nine individuals is critical.
