MP Amaresh Kumar Singh strips off his shirt inside the Parliament

KATHMANDU: Independent Member of Parliament (MP) Amaresh Kumar Singh stripped off his shirt when the House of Representatives (HoR) session was underway.

As soon as the meeting started, he took off his shirt as a protest alleging the Speaker for not giving him time to speak.

After MP Singh took off his shirt, Speaker Devraj Ghimire warned that he would be compelled to take action against Singh if he did not behave politely.
