KATHMANDU: After the increase in coronavirus infection cases in various countries including neighboring India, Nepal Airlines Corporation has made PCR negative report mandatory for passengers coming from abroad.
Issuing a notice to all passengers on Sunday, the corporation requested all passengers arriving from the international sector to carry the COVID-19 international certificate with bar code or PCR negative report.
“All passengers arriving from international sectors are informed to compulsorily carry the Covid-19 international certificate with bar code or the PCR negative report of the COVID-19 test while travelling”, the NAC requested.
On the other hand, the Civil Aviation Authority, Nepal (CAAN) has urged all to follow the mandatory health standards in flights from December 24.
