BIRATNAGAR: The deadline given by the Province Chief Parshuram Khapung to the parties to claim the chief ministership of the Province 1 government is ending at 5 pm Sunday.
The ruling parties are preparing to claim the post of Chief Minister today.
The ruling coalition leaders said that CPN-UML’s Hikmat Karki will lead the P1 government as the Chief Minister.
Karki was elected to the State Assembly from Jhapa.
