MANAHARI: Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Shalikram Jammakattel, has said the periodic plan should align with the spirit of the constitution to achieve sustainable development goals.
The plan needs to incorporate the issues from all three tiers of government, he stressed.
Chief Minister suggested the Commission reflect government policy and programs as per the changed context in the plan.
He further viewed the proper use of resources in the province as another priority in the periodic plan.
