Earthquake jolts Jajarkot again



KATHMANDU: Jajarkot has experienced yet another earthquake, according to the National Earthquake Measurement Center.

This recent seismic event, registering a magnitude of 5.8, occurred at 4:31 PM on Monday, with its epicenter located in Ramidanda, Jajarkot.

Just a few days ago, on November 3, an earthquake with Ramidanda as its epicenter in Ward No. 1 of Barekot Rural Municipality, Jajarkot, rocked the region. On that day, a 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck at 1:22 am, followed by a 3.8 magnitude earthquake at 4:53 am.

In a more significant event, last Friday at 11:47 pm, Jajarkot experienced a devastating 6.4 magnitude earthquake that resulted in extensive damage to lives and property.
