Govt will not tolerate corruption: Home Minister Shrestha



KATHMANDU: Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha said the government has intensified its campaign against corruption.

Good governance is the top priority of the government, he said, adding that the government was committed to taking the country towards development and prosperity along with the protection of achievements made through long struggles.

DPM Shrestha has been claiming that the government was becoming tough on corruption lately, and that the government would not spare anyone involved in financial irregularities.

It should be noted that as many as 18 individuals accused of their involvement in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam were arrested and have been produced in Kathmandu District Court for bail hearing.
