PM Dahal pays tribute to leader Upadhyaya



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has paid tribute to Saroj Kumar Upadhyaya, the CPN (Unified Socialist) leader.

PM Dahal visited the party central office, Aloknagar on Monday and paid homage to the late leader.

Upadhyaya, the younger brother of party Chair and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, died after falling from a restaurant in Sankhamul in an apparent a case of suicide.

He fell off the six-storey building on Saturday afternoon.

The Prime Minister extended heartfelt condolences to leader Nepal and the entire bereaved family.

The mortal remain of the late leader was kept at the party central office today for last tributes.
