PM Dahal vows thorough probe into Ncell scandal, warns of stern action against fraudsters



MAHOTTARI: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ reaffirmed the government’s commitment to investigating the Ncell share transaction scandal and similar fraudulent activities, vowing strict actions against those cheating the nation.

During a CPN-Maoist Center Madhes Province Committee event in Mahottari on Monday, Prime Minister Dahal reprised the government’s commitment to investigating the Ncell controversy and similar scandals.

Emphasizing the gravity of such activities impacting Nepal’s integrity, he stressed the necessity to hold those responsible accountable.

“The government has rigorously addressed previous scandals, and now, in light of the renewed concerns surrounding Ncell, I’ve already directed relevant authorities to unearth the truth,” stated PM Dahal.

He reiterated a staunch stance against those manipulating the nation’s resources, ensuring that investigations will be carried out thoroughly. Dahal emphasized that perpetrators of fraud against Nepal will face scrutiny and consequent legal measures without impunity.
