Nepal Samajwadi Party to hold General Convention next year



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Samajwadi Party has announced that its general convention is scheduled to take place in April of the following year.

During a recent meeting of the party’s executive committee, it was decided to convene a central committee meeting on November 22, 2023, to determine the precise date for the Convention.

Nepal Samajwadi Party Office Secretary Roshan Pokharel stated, “The meeting of the Central Committee on November 22 will finalize the date for the Convention.”

It is noteworthy that the Maoist Center had previously extended an invitation to Nepal Samajwadi Party co-chairman Mahendra Rayee Yadav for discussions on party unity.
