Govt provides free bus services from Kathmandu to earthquake-affected districts



KATHMANDU: In an effort to assist relatives of earthquake victims in visiting the affected regions of Jajarkot and Rukum (West), the government has introduced complimentary bus services.

The government has arranged for a free bus departing from the Gongabu-based New Bus Park on both Saturday and Sunday, allowing family members of those affected by the earthquake to travel back to their homes.

To utilize this service, individuals wishing to return to their homes are advised to register their names by contacting Madan Thapa at 9840266797, as indicated in the government’s notice.
