Closed session of NC’s Lumbini Province Conference begins



KATHMANDU: The closed session of the Nepali Congress’s Lumbini Province Conference commenced this afternoon, with the participation of approximately 700 representatives.

Attendees include members of the central committee of the province, district chairmen, provincial members, advisors, and members from other associations.

During the session, Vice-Chairman of the Province, Bhuvan Prasad Shrestha, is scheduled to present a political report. Additionally, General Secretary Surendra Acharya and Treasurer Prakash Rara will deliver organizational and economic reports, respectively.

The conference, officially inaugurated by President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Saturday, serves as a platform for comprehensive discussions and strategic planning within the party.
