US Senator Hollen meets UML Chairman Oli on Sunday



KATHMANDU: US Senator Chris Van Hollen, who arrived in Kathmandu on Friday, met with CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Oli on Sunday.

Senator Hollen visited the UML parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar to meet Chairman Oli.

According to UML sources, Senator Hollen expressed his concern regarding the progress of Nepal’s ongoing peace process. In response, Oli assured him that the peace process would soon reach its conclusion.

In addition to his meeting with Chairman Oli, Senator Hollen has also conducted high-level discussions with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and Foreign Minister NP Saud.
