“Hello Sarkar” expands services to operate round-the-clock

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to operate “Hello Sarkar” 24 hours a day.

This government initiative, designed to address citizen complaints, has been operational for the past 12 years, but it will now expand its service to operate continuously in three shifts.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” officially launched this expansion program, where he personally addressed citizens’ concerns, inspected the “Hello Sarkar” room at the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers’ office in Singha Durbar, and monitored its operations.

Until now, this service was exclusively provided by Nepal Telecom, but going forward, complaints can also be lodged via Ncell Mobile.

Furthermore, citizens can submit complaints through various digital channels, including phone, email, Facebook, Twitter, Viber, WhatsApp, and more.

Efforts have been made to promptly address complaints received by the government desk and provide relevant information to the concerned petitioner.
