KATHMANDU: The Dhading section under the Prithviraj highway has been blocked again.
According to DSP Santulal Jaishwal, the spokesperson of the District Police Office Dhading, the highway was blocked in both directions after the road near the bridge over Ganesh Khola, which connects Dhuniveshi municipality and Thackre rural municipality, had sinkholes on it.
According to him, there is a crack in the middle of the road.
Passengers are stuck on the highway when traffic is stopped.
DSP Jaishwal said that the passengers stopped on the highway have been requested to use an alternative route.
Earlier, traffic was blocked due to the sinkholes on the road near the bridge.
