CHITWAN: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has filed his candidacy from Chitwan Constituency-2 for the by-election to the House of Representatives to be held on April 23.

Lamichhane reached the Chief Electoral Officer’s office at 11:30 on Monday morning and filed his candidacy.

It may be noted that Lamichhane won the November 20 election from this constituency with a huge margin.

The by-election is being held in Chitwan Constituency-2 on April 23.
