Presidential candidate Poudel approaches RSP seeking votes



KATHMANDU: A common candidate of eight-party alliance for the presidential election, Ram Chandra Poudel, reached the central office of the Rastriya Swatantra Party and sought votes in his favor.

NC leaders—Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, Ramesh Lekhak, Jeep Chhiring Lama and Deepak Khadka along with candidate Poudel visited the RSP office on Friday.

On the occasion, Poudel urged RSP leaders including Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane to cast vote in his favor. The presidential election is taking place on March 9.

Leader Poudel is the common candidate of NC, CPN (Maoist Center), Janata Samajbadi Party, CPN (Unified Socialist), Loktantrik Samajbadi Party, Janamat Party, Rastriya Janamorcha and Nagarik Unmukti Party.
