Unified Socialist undecided about joining government



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the CPN Unified Socialist remained inconclusive about joining the government.

The meeting held in the capital on Tuesday ended inconclusively but entrusted the party’s Secretariat to decide on the issue.

Head of the Publicity Department Jagannath Khatiwada said that the Politburo meeting entrusted the Central Secretariat to decide on the issue of taking part in the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda-led government.

“The Politburo meeting has given the authority to the Secretariat about joining the government,” he said.
