Fake examinee attending exam for Mayor arrested in Rautahat



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a fake examinee who was taking the exam in place of a mayor in Rautahat.

According to police sources, Kamal Sah of Pothiyahi, Garuda, who was attending SEE instead of Premlal Sah Kanu, Mayor of Dewahi Gonahi Municipality of Rautahat, was arrested on Sunday.

Sah was arrested from Laxminiyan Secondary School Center in Maulapur municipality.

He was arrested after it was revealed that he had taken the exam instead of Mayor Kanu by pretending to be a fake examinee.

The fake examinee Sah is Mayor’s son-in-law.

The police have started an investigation into this matter.
