Won’t join the ruling coalition: Madhav Nepal



KATHMANDU: Chairman of Unified Socialist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that his party will not join the ruling coalition.

Speaking at the party politburo meeting in Kathmandu on Monday, he said that his party will not join the ruling coalition.

“The country has its own political complications. We want to move ahead with the interests of the country at the center,” he said at the meeting.

He added that his party would move forward with the sentiments of the Nepali people at the center.

Chairman Nepal said his party would review the latest political situation in the country, but will not engage in the politics of recrimination.

“This is not the time to make accusations. I didn’t even have to bow down to anyone. We will stand firmy,” he said.
