CPN-UML’s Mid-hill Highway march to reach Amargadi today



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML’s Mid-Hill Highway Padyatra”, which commenced on Thursday, is set to reach Amargarhi today.

The campaign embarked from Jhulaghat on its inaugural day and reached Gothlapani Baitadi.

Party Chairman KP Oli initiated the campaign from Zhulaghat in Baitadi yesterday morning, proudly hoisting the national flag.

The UML’s journey spans approximately 1,879 kilometers along the mid-hill highway, commonly known as the Pushpalal Highway, and is slated to conclude on January 5 upon reaching Chiwa Bhanjyang.

Dubbed as ‘Jhulaghat-Chiwabhanjyang: Sankalpa Yatra for Prosperity,’ the UML has outlined plans to conduct public meetings in key cities along the central hilly highway during this march.
