PM Dahal convenes seven-party meeting



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has called for a meeting involving seven political parties represented in the House of Representatives today.

Upon his return from China, Prime Minister Dahal met with leaders from the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, and the Maoist Center in Baluwatar on Sunday morning, and subsequently scheduled an all-party meeting for today.

Suryakiran Sharma, Prime Minister Dahal’s press coordinator, stated that the agenda of the meeting will encompass discussions on current political developments, among other pressing matters.

Prime Minister Dahal has also engaged in discussions with these leaders regarding today’s parliamentary session and his upcoming visits to New York and China.
