PM Dahal asks RSP to join govt

Expresses willingness to investigate corruption cases



CHITWAN: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has asked Rabi Lamichhane-led Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to join the government.

The Prime Minister also expressed his willingness to investigate any corruption allegations as demanded by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Speaking at a program in Chitwan on Monday morning, PM Dahal said, “I am ready to open any files of corruption cases.”

Furthermore, the Prime Minister hinted that the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) would be joining the government and clarified that Rabi Lamichhane did not request any specific ministries during their meeting on Sunday.

“RSP would not withdraw the support it had lent to the incumbent government. Discussion is being held on its participation in the government”, he said.

Prime Minister Dahal further claimed that his government would last five years.
