Unified Socialist to unveil election manifesto today



KATHMANDU: United Socialist Party is unveiling its election manifesto on Monday.

The party is releasing its manifesto for the elections to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly to be held on November 20.

The slogan includes “national self-respect, defense and stability of the constitution is our concern, economic and social transformation is the basis of prosperity and socialism”, according to general secretary Dr. Beduram Bhusal.

Prosperity with economic-social transformation based on socialism, people’s rights, national self-respect, strengthening of the federal democratic republic for the protection and stability of the constitution, as well as good governance and transparency are included in the manifesto, he added.
