Chhath: Madesh Pradesh declares public holiday today



JANAKPURDHAM: The Madesh Pradesh state government has given a public holiday today on the occasion of Chhath today.

As the central government gave a public holiday on the third day of Chhath i.e. the day of arghya to the setting sun, the state government decided to give a holiday in the province on the last day of Chhath.

Chief Minister Lalbabu Raut conveyed his greetings on the occasion of Chhath festival and informed that Monday will be a public holiday in the province.
