Kathmandu Metropolitan Mayor Balen Shah meets Nepali Army (NA) Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhuram Sharma at the latter's office on Monday.
KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan Mayor Balen Shah has called on Nepali Army (NA) Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhuram Sharma on Monday.
Mayor Shah reached NA Headquarters in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, to meet Sharma after being sworn in.
During the meeting, the mayor praised the NA’s contribution to disaster management and national security.
CoAS Sharma, meanwhile, wished the newly-elected mayor a successful tenure.
