Rupandehi: A 22-year-old woman has been raped in Rupandehi.
Police have arrested Hem Bahadur Gharti Magar, 34, of Devdaha Municipality-6 on Sunday on charges of raping a woman.
Hem Bahadur Gharti Magar and three others took the woman to a hotel in Devadaha Municipality-9, Bhaluhi and raped her.
Magar was arrested by the police deployed from Khaireni police post.
Police have also arrested another person and a hotel operator for necessary investigation.
Police are currently searching for a fugitive.
