UML clean sweeps Sunsari-3

SUNSARI: CPN-UML’s Bhagwati Chaudhary has been elected to the House of Representatives from Sunsari Constituency No. 3 with 40,788 votes defeating Nepali Congress candidate Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar.

Her nearest competitor Gachchdar got 35,600 votes. Chaudhary defeated Gachchdar by a margin of 5,188 votes.

UML’s Ramdev Yadav also won in Province B of the same constituency. He got 19,447 votes while his nearest rival Bindeswar Yadav of Nepali Congress got 18,850 votes.

UML was also victorious in Province A. Along with this, UML has made a clean sweep in Sunsari Constituency No. 3.
