Possibility of light rainfall today



KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast light rainfall in some places in the hilly areas of the country today.

Due to the impact of the westerly winds, there will be there will be a partial change in the weather in the hilly areas of the country, while the weather will remain generally clear in the rest of the country, according to the Department.

There is a possibility of light rainfall in one or two places in the hilly parts of Province No. 1, Gandaki and Lumbini.

During the night, the weather will remain clear in the hilly parts of Province No. 1 and Gandaki Province.

On Sunday, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly parts of the country, while the weather will be clear in the rest of the country with chances of light rain in one or two places in the hilly parts of Province No. 1, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

According to the latest information of the weather forecasting division, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu valley today is 12.5 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature is 24.5 degree Celsius.

In the country, the minimum temperature is of Jumla at 0.2 degree and the maximum temperature is of Janakpur at 31.4 degree Celsius.
