KATHMANDU: A cabinet meeting has been called at 2 pm today.

According to a Minister, the cabinet meeting has been convened to finalize the budget speech of the fiscal year 2022/23 to be presented by the finance minister in the parliament at 4 pm.

Finance Minister Janardan Sharma is going to present the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure for the coming fiscal year as per Article 119 of the Constitution.

Similarly, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has directed all the parliamentarians to attend the meeting of federal parliament before 3:45 pm.
