Nepal reports 14 new cases of coronavirus infection



KATHMANDU: Nepal has recorded a total of 14 new cases of coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours. This was revealed in a test of 2,771 samples, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

With this, the number of active cases stands at 243. Of them, 237 are in home isolation and six are in institutional isolation while next one is receiving treatment in ICU.

During the past 24 hours, 19 people have recovered. Meanwhile, today 209,056 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19. The Ministry stated that there is no active case of coronavirus infection in 30 districts.
