JSP electing leader of parliamentary party today



KATHMANDU: The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) is electing the leader of the parliamentary party (PP) today.

The party is holding an election today to elect the leader of the PP this afternoon.

The party has asked the candidates wishing to contest to register their names before 12 noon.

The JSP is also a part of the seven-party ruling alliance that supports Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ as the Prime Minister.

The party has 12 parliamentarians.

The party is holding a meeting on January 2 and 3, 2023 to decide whether it should join the government or not.
