UML electing PP leader of Bagmati Province tomorrow



KATHMANDU: The ruling CPN-UML has decided to hold a meeting of the parliamentary party (PP) in Hetauda tomorrow (Thursday) to elect the Bagmati Province PP leader.

The meeting will most likely select the PP leader on the basis of consensus, the party said.

The party will pick a PP leader through an election if the meeting failed to select the leader on the basis of consensus.

It has been stated that UML central member Jagannath Thapalia is likely to become the PP leader on the basis of consensus.
