Re-election to be held in Dolakha on Dec 1



KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has decided to hold re-electon on December 1 in the polling stations in Dolakha where the election has been canceled.

The meeting held this morning by the District Election Management Committee decided to hold the election on December 1.

The re-elections are going to be held after the Election Commission concluded that 10 centers of Dolakha were rigged.

Chief Electoral Officer Dilli Ratna Shrestha informed that preparations for the election will be made to hold the re-election.

Earlier, the Election Commission had asked the office of the Chief Electoral Officer to conduct the election by December 1.
