KATHMANDU: First time after the conflict between the Supreme Court judges and Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana ‘settled’, the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) meeting held on Friday.
According to SC sources, the Friday meeting of JSC made transfers and promotion of various officials under the Commission.
Earlier, JSC meeting had not been held after senior justices refused to join the meeting.
However, senior justice Deepak Kumar Karki, and Attorney General Khamba Bahadur Khati signed the minute of Friday’s meeting validating the decisions made by it.
