Bindhyabasini Hydropower to issue IPO on June 3



KATHMANDU: Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited is going to issue initial public offerings (IPO) from June 3.

The company is going to issue 1.5 million shares from June 3.

Of the total shares to be issued at the rate of Rs 100 per share, 60,000 shares have been allocated for the employees and 75,000 have been put aside for the collective investment fund.

The remaining 1.365 million shares will be issued to the public.
