Cabinet meeting to take place at federal parliament building in New Baneshwor



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers is to be held at the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Sunday.

According to sources, the Lhotse Hall of parliament building is being prepared for a cabinet meeting to be held. The cabinet meeting will prepare a proposal for interpretive declaration on the United States grant Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact.

Earlier in the day, the five-party coalition, which met at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar this morning, had decided to pass an agreement on MCC with an interpretive declaration.
