JHAPA: A person has been killed in a road accident in Mechinagar Municipality.
Santosh Rajbanshi, 35, of Mechinagar-7 was injured when a vehicle (Me 1 Jha 172) of Mechinagar Municipality collided with a motorcycle (Me 9 Pa 7927) heading in the opposite direction last night.
Injured Rajbanshi was rushed to Birtamod’s B&C Hospital for treatment. He died while undergoing treatment.
According to the District Police Office, Jhapa, the driver of the vehicle has been taken under control.
