Eight-member cabinet formed with three Deputy Prime Ministers



KATHMANDU: An eight-member cabinet has been formed under the Prime Ministership of Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” on Monday.

All the ministers, including Prime Minister Prachanda took the oath of office and secrecy from President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the President’s residence Sheetal Niwas.

Deputy Prime Ministers Bishnu Paudel, Narayankaji Shrestha and Rabi Lamichhane also took the oath of office and secrecy.

Paudel took oath as Minister of Finance, Shrestha as Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport and Lamichhane as Home Minister.

Likewise, other ministers include Damodar Bhandari, Rajendra Rai, Abdul Khan and Jwalakumari Shah.
