RUPANDEHI: Nepali Congress (NC) leader and Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand is likely to lose the election from Rupandehi Constituency-3.

Deepak Bohara of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is close to victory as he is 2,800 votes ahead of Khand when only 2,500 votes are yet to be counted.

Supporters of Bohara are preparing for victory rally in the constituency.
