MAHOTTARI: Nepali Congress candidate Mahendra Ray Yadav has been elected from Mahottari-4.

NC candidate Yadav defeated his nearest rival Janata Samajbadi Party’s Dr. Surendra Yadav by a margin of 4,124 votes and made his place in the House of Representatives.

Mahendra Yadav got 25,420 votes and his nearest competitor Surendra got 21,296 votes.

Janamat Party’s Manoj Kumar Sah got only 10,039 votes.
