The Maoist Center Chair, who reached the Biratnagar airport on Friday when the task force was trying to allocate seats, said that there was no problem as discussed outside and the issue of distribution of seats would be settled by August 31.

“We are in constant discussion. The task force is working,” he said, “The seat allocation issue will be settled by Bhadra 15.

Prachanda expressed his belief that the Citizenship Bill will be approved by President Bidya Devi Bhandari. However, the Maoist Center Chairman commented President Bhandari’s refusal to seal the Citizenship Bill as strange and not natural.
